I create visual stories that mirror the core of human nature. By focusing on raw emotion and authentic moments, I build a direct connection between the screen and the viewer. My goal is simple: to tell stories that feel real, resonate deeply, and add something meaningful to our shared visual landscape.
Emotion connects
Every shot has a purpose. By balancing framing and light, I can convey deep emotion and set the mood before a character even speaks. It’s about using the lens to focus the audience's attention exactly where the story needs it most. I like to start with good scouting to find the right place to express the emotion we are looking for. Then a simple wireframe to set up composition and frames. Finally some photography to set the scene as far as light goes. We are then ready to shoot!
Movement is life
Motion brings a story to life. Whether it is a subtle glide or a high-energy sequence, how the camera moves dictates the pace and tension of a film. Seamless movement creates an immersive experience that keeps viewers locked into the narrative.
